The two beautiful Northeastern states are travelers’ haven with numerous paradoxical attractions in its fold. ITINERARY
Day 1 :

After reaching Shillong , today get ready to explore Mawlynnong village(78 KMS) which has been awarded as the ‘Cleanest Village in Asia’. Then visit the Balancing Rock and the Living Root Bridge – Centuries old bridges grown from tangled roots. Afterwards proceed to see the crystal clear waters of Dawki river and enjoy boat ride there. Dawki lies at the border of India and Bangladesh and is famous for a suspension bridge over Umngot River (commonly known as Dawki bridge) constructed by British in 1932. We also visit India – Bangladesh border at Tamabil. Overnight stay at hotel in Shillong.

Day 2 :

Post breakfast , visit Cathedral of Mary, Elephant Falls and Ram Krishna Mission. Later on start your journey towards Cherrapunjee. It is the wettest place on earth. Then head towards Mawsmai Caves, Seven Sisters Falls, and Nohkalikai fall. Expore local culture in evening. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 3 :

Now it’s time for some adventure…..post breakfast proceed to Kaziranga national park (250Kms/6 Hrs approx.) . Upon arrival, relax inside your property. Kaziranga is regarded as one of the finest wildlife refuges in the world. The park’s contribution in saving the Indian one-horned rhinoceros from the brink of extinction at the turn of the 20th century to harbouring the single largest population of this species is a spectacular conservation achievement.

Day 4 :

Early morning start your jeep safari at Kaziranga National Park for wildlife viewing. Spot  one horned rhino’s, elephants, deer’s and rare migratory birds. Later on visit Orchid Park – an orchid house with over 600 species from Northeast India, bamboo and medicinal herb gardens, a cactus house and a handicrafts museum. In evening enjoy the mesmerising Bihu dance – folk dance of Assam.

Day 5 :

Today we proceed to Guwahati (50 Minutes). Upon arrival, check-in and explore the local areas .Visit the Kamakhya Temple – one of the 51 Shakti Peeths and enjoy a ride in the longest river ropeway over the Brahmaputra. Get a panoramic view of Umananda Temple, Peacock Island, the Brahmaputra River and the surrounding hills. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

Day 6 :
Post breakfast , head towards airport and it’s time now to say goodbye to this serene beauty.
