ITINERARY
Day 1: Explore Srinagar (Local Sightseeing)
Welcome to the Srinagar (The city of lakes), On arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be transferred to hotel and welcomed with Kashmiri Kehwa. After lunch enjoy Local sightseeing of Mughal Gardens Shalimar bagh, Chasme shahi garden, Shankaracharya Temple.Later in the evening proceed for shikara ride in Dal Lake. Overnight Srinagar Houseboat.
Day 2: Sonmarg (90Kms/3 Hrs Drive)
After early breakfast in houseboat/hotel start your journey towards Sonmarg ‘meadow of gold’ which is a beautiful drive from Srinagar. overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.
Day 3: Gulmarg (60 Kms/2-3 Hrs Drive)
Post Breakfast proceed to Gulmarg, it is one of the top hill stations in India and is majorly known to have world’s highest golf course. Its major attraction is Gulmarg Gondola, which is Asia’s largest cable car project. Gulmarg is also in fame for snow adventures like skiing and snowboarding in the winter season. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 4: Pahalgam
Post breakfast, start a drive to Pahalgam popularly known as ‘The valley of Shepherds or Trekker’s Paradise. Pahalgam is one of the most famous tourist places in Kashmir and the top preference for Bollywood industry.On your way visit Saffron fields, Awantipur ruins (1100-yr-old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiverma), the beauty of the countryside and lots of rice fields. Reach Pahalgam and check-in to the hotel. Post lunch, explore the area and click pictures of the magnificent views of snow-covered peaks. Overnight stay in Pahalgam Hotel.
Day 5: Pahalgam to Srinagar
Today after having breakfast, we drive to Srinagar and enjoy a visit to local market.
Day 6: Airport Transfer
After breakfast you will be transfered to Srinagar Airport to board your flight.
