ITINERARY
Day 1 : Manali
Reach Manali from Delhi/Chandigarh and check in hotel and visit Hadimba Temple, Manali market. Relax in hotel and overnight stay in hotel.
Day 2 : Manali – Jispa
After breakfast in hotel, drive to Jispa via Rohtang pass, Koksar , Tandi. Perched on the banks of river Bhaga and provides the most stunning views of surrounding mountains. Check in camp, have dinner on the banks of river with bonfire & Overnight stay in Camp.
Day 3 : Jispa – Sarchu
After breakfast, drive to Sarchu via Darcha, explore Suraj and Deepak tal on the way and reach Baralacha Pass and Sarchu, Check in camp, Dinner & Overnight stay in Camp.
4 : Sarchu – Leh
After an early breakfast in camp, drive to Leh(260Kms) via Pang and Lachang La. Cross the Taglang La Pass and travel through the scenic Indus Valley. Reach Leh in the evening check in Hotel, Dinner and overnight stay in hotel Leh, the capital of the union territory of Ladakh.
Day 5 : Explore Leh
Post breakfast visit Stok Palace Museum. Post lunch at the hotel, visit Shanti Stupa, Sankar Gompa & Leh Palace, where you will get to know the history and full view of Leh.Explore the local markets and food.
Day 6 : Ladakh – Pangong
Post early breakfast, start your drive to Pangong Lake. Enjoy the views of Shey and Thiksey, reach Chang La Pass, enjoy the snow view and check-in at fixed tented camp near the lake for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7 : Pangong – Leh
After breakfast, start your journey back to Leh route across Chang-la. Upon reaching Karu, drive across the Indus and visit the famous Hemis Monastery, biggest monastery of Ladakh. Later drive on to Leh, enroute visit the Shey and Thiksey monastery. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 8 : Leh – Nubra Valley
Post breakfast get ready to enjoy Nubra Valley, driving across north pullu , Khardung-La pass. Get to know about local culture.Overnight stay at homestay.
Day 9 : Nubra – Leh
Explore Diskit monastery and sand dunes. You can enjoy a short or long camel safari using the double-humped camel which you can find only in this valley. Later drive back to Leh.
Day 10 : Leh – Manali
Post breakfast in Hotel, drive to Manali via Sarchu and Jispa.
